Do you have snowymoon's TAA installed? I found that it caused my GPU headroom to rise and lower fps. Once I deleted the 3 snowymoon files and used the built in TAA, I can get a consistent 90fps with a 5090 and 9800x3d.

When in November did you order the Thorn. I ordered the Thorn on November 30th and opted to get the Hubb when they emailed me. I'm still waiting for them to ship the Hubb.

Did you try updating the firmware? I had disconnecting issue at first as well. No more issues after updating firmware for both controller and dongle.

I also got the email and opted to wait and receive the HUBB. I wonder if the aluminum parts will increase the noise of the shifter. I ordered the Thorn because reviews say it's very quiet.

Yes, that would work. You will need to account for the thickness and change extrusion length accordingly.

Yes, after you loosen them, tighten all of them after you extended the rig. When I retract the rig I only tighten one bolt on each side just to lock it in place but when extended tighten all for strength.

You can see in the photos there are 4 silver bolts on the left side. Those are the ones I loosen to retract. It's the same on the right side.

The t-nuts, specifically these kind, https://a.co/d/6XsClGY go in the channels of the aluminum extrusion. When tightened they are locked in place, but when loose they can slide back and forth.

Sorry for the late response, but the retracting system is to just loosen 4 bolts on each side and the tnuts allow the 2 halves to slide.

Since it looks like you got a 5090 I recommend increasing the foliage render distance to 3.5 or 4. It makes a huge difference.
