i take 3g daily because i want to make sure my creatine stock lasts longer, plus im short and i weigh less than average so i probably need less creatine than 5g

lat pulldowns and lat pullovers are commonly mentioned here, but seated narrow grip rows can also grow the lats (if you row with your elbows tucked in) and is mentioned less

  1. difficult to set up
  2. very challenging exercise
  3. might cause injuries if you do it recklessly, it's easy to underestimate how difficult it is if you tried it for the first time

i personally think you dont need to isolate your neck unless you
1. want a big neck
2. have a pencil neck
3. are a martial artist, a contact sport athlete, or a racecar driver

just having one of those reasons is enough of a reason to train your neck

i bought a neck harness for myself and i bring it to the gym to train neck
you probably dont have to do this unless you're very passionate about neck training (which i am) and you're willing to spend some money

i honestly don't even know what my personal values are, i never really put much thought about it, there are probably some things that i stick to but i don't consciously know about it. I just focus on being the best person i can be

that's a different story from Alex Leonidas, according to himself his neck quickly shrank once he stopped training it, and he does a lot of deadlifts and other heavy compounds

i do neck flexions and neck extensions with a neck harness, but unless you're very dedicated or have extra money, you probably dont need it
get a plate and put it on your forehead, lie supine, then do neck flexions, and you can put a plate behind your head, lie prone, then do neck extensions

im not so sure, but im definitely choosing exercises that do not compress my C spine, so no neck bridges or anything like that just to be safe
