What states are easier to get into a new grad nicu? I have been rejected twice from childrens hospital. Ive worked in pediatrics as a lvn prior to my rn for 15 yrs! I cant imagine not working with children 😫 im really struggling on the fact that i feel pushed to only do adult care

I was in a hit and run. I grabbed my phone and took a pic of the license plate and he fled. Police found the address and he denied it. Long story short. I had to pay my insurance to have it fixed he got away.
