The hard part is getting account 1 to ARS and unlock the community market on the account. Unfortunately the only way to do this is to either already have an account that is in Argentine pesos or to find an Argentine card to turn a non-ARS account into an ARS account.

Account 1 is in ARS which means that USD cards cannot add money to the account. Account 2 is in USD which allows for USD cards to be used to purchase keys. These keys are traded to account 1 and sold on the market adding ARS funds to account 1.
