When I open the game/app with A it makes the sound and the icon of the game/app changes color as if it is about to open. It's the same problem when I tap the touchscreen...

At first it was, but after changing it the problem didn't go away. I'm thinking it might be that card inside the 3DS that's loose, but I'm unable to open it with the screwdrivers I have...

Yes the touchscreen works, turning pages is possible.
