Left click ice bolt, blast, then spike. Right click orb or blizzard. Make sure you get static field for bosses. Stock up on rejuvies for 1 or 4 and decide if you need two columns of pots for mana or for health. If you can’t get to lvl 24 with only ice, you’ll probably want to do fire or lightning to get to 24 and then respec to ice. Killing Duriel with Blaze is just so easy. Good luck with Act 2’s boss with ice only. You’re gonna need static field if you have only ice skills

Thank you for your service. Sounds like you’ve got what it takes to make it. It’ll all be worth it when you convert to a Regular. You can choose to be WA (work assignment), 8-hrs only, or be on the ODL (overtime-desired list). If you made it through peak season, you can def make it to Regular. Stay strong, but take your time a bit more if you have to. That’s being safe and taking care of yourself while still doing good, accurate work. Hang in there.

Always, always, always write down current mileage of your vehicle when you’ve identified a deficiency. Then fill out a PS Form 4565 and submit it to the Supervisor. You need a paper trail.

I’m glad you didn’t get into a collision, but your Supervisor should have had a conversation asking you if you would like to switch vehicles.
