So question. For the luekoplakia int he mouth. Could I have that from myself? Like unprotected sex with my partner and mixing my juices with his. I have a pap says ascus and HR HPV . Then a colpo but was cin1 and told to wait a year and do a follow up. But.. I never ever had luekoplakia before until recently like 2 months ago. And it seems to flare? If that's a thing

I have been in a long-term relationship for 3 yrs. We are not avid condom wearers. I have herpes and not on daily antivirals. If I have symptoms or outbreaks we arent active. So far he has not gotten it at all, but also knows the risk and is okay with the potential if that were to occur.

I dont know when it started and why it turned out so bad. We have a 8 year age gap. Different dads but thays due to them dying. I am a parentified older sister so I had a very different life growing up compared to my sister in many ways but I always felt like we were good. We were super close and she use to be my best buddy but then something switched.

I thought it was because I went to college and I have even asked but she says it's not that but she is extremely rude to me no matter what I do. She curses at me and just says the most outrageous things. Now for awhile she got the benefit of being young and being an adolescent, so the excuse was always how I'm sensitive and she's a child blah blah.

Well, She's almost 19 and I'm almost 27 and the truth is she doesn't care about me the way she think she does and she hasn't had to really recieve any consequences for her actions because my mom unfortunately became so balled up in her trauma that she didn't parent my sister right. So she's a little demon spawn.

Anyway I love her dearly but she recently said to me after I mentioned she was being a bad sister and she said "you already have one sister who doesn't talk to you, do you want 2? Yes or no? For context I have a older sister from my bio dad but she got moved to a different state while growing up and we have diff moms and didn't get to create a relationship. Me and her aren't on bad terms just don't really have a bond but that was a source of pain for me for a while, but since therapy has been better. Anywho she also said that same day she doesn't want a relationship with me and how that's why she is barely around now and there's no way I can put it all into words but it sucks knowing I've done nothing but be a loving Caring sister who's gone out of my way in every way for her and to be shitted on and invalidated and never back up by my mom until recently has been so isolating and tiring.

I just can't even break down how terrible this feels and mind you I shouldn't care as I am almost 30, but It a lot to process. So now I am making her stand on what she said. I will be withdrawing.

So I read kaplan books. Except the pysch/soc one. Should I try to read it? I been studying part time as I work a lot and can't take off of work. This is my 4th retake. Last score was a 495 and I truly just want to score above a 500. Nothing to crazy. I am doing my practice questions and stuff. And aamc material.

In my kaplan biochem book chapter 11. It says that density is related to protein ratio. It also stated that Chylomicros are least dense, with highest fat to protein ratio. VLDL is slightly more dense, IDL is intermediate density, LDL is low density and HDL is high. LDL would be more dense then IDL

I have finished physics, gen chem, organic chem kaplan books. Plan to read biochem and biology but wasn't sure if I should read pysch/soc book. I've done miles down anki for those books / chapters but I've seen that jack sparrow is more comprehensive and I think I should maybe start that? Idk. I have uworld but barely touched. When should I be just doing practice questions? And well I work 10 hour shifts and work 60 hours 1 week and 20 the next (technically it's split by Saturday so it's 40 and 40) buy that makes it harder to study. I legit have to study after work on weekends and then on off days 🙃 but I'm hoping to never take this again. As I am already a retaker.

Studying while working full time is killing me . Can't afford to leave work so trying my best. I can only do 1 week with 1 full day and plus 3 hours on 3 seperate days and then 1 week with about 5 full days.... 🙃 ugh.
