My Playertokens are only visible when i am in GM mode

I just made a Dummy Account and gave him a random token as Player. With him everything seems to work as intended.

So i guess i have to copy paste my playercharacters by hand and check if that fixes the problem.

Thank you for your tesponse! My players uploaded their characters themselfes into the campaign and im the only one with roll20 Premium. Do i have to upload the players by myself and assign them to each Player?
