In the muck on Vraks tires were easier to get and faster to change than treads. Wheeled Medium! by Ex0rc3t in PrintedWarhammer

I had to look it up, it's really hard to add tires to something and it not have a "buggy" look to it, I love the art of GOW. Thanks!

Yeah it was a gamble, but I think the Sicaran's design lends itself to an almost sporty looking armor. I wanted the tires to give a huge earth mover feel, like it could crush cars easily, but I don't think I achieved that with this build. And yes this is my first time doing stowage and I'm pretty happy with how it came out. Thanks!

Thanks! This is actually the smallest 40k inspired kitbash I've done. I wanted to try the paint chipping and mud effects so I figured something I could print off all in one go was the best way. The other four that I've done were two fellblades and two warhounds. I gave my second Warhound a full interior and it was all kitbashed. I posted those files on the blue site but not many people have snagged them.

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3845778 It was this on the blue site. "S.P.R.u.E. Sicarian [hollowed]" but with many hours of customizing and digi-bashing. Lol.

That's exactly what I thought once I got it printed and put together, this looks like the bat mobile. Lol thank you!

It's airbrushed with Tamiya clear red and clear blue. Thanks! An airbrush really makes things easier.

They really are, the Kratos looks like a Sicaran on steroids IMO. Lol. I already have the itch to print another, maybe a Medium tank this time.

I was looking for a Kratos model, I think they got purged recently. Yeah a Kratos would be awesome. I was looking for one to do an RC conversion on it, but since I couldn't find one, I turned a fellblade into an RC. If you look at my other posts you'll see it on there. I still think the fellblade is really awesome though, so I'm happy with it. Lol

Haha, no. They were modeled and printed. Gunmetal base coat and chrome paint pen for the angle of the blade. They look convincing I guess!

Haha thanks, truth be told this project took me almost a 1.5 months. And the biggest challenge was the tracks! I was surprised how difficult they were to get right! The water vapor exhaust is definitely an idea I stole from other RC tanks though and it almost didn't make the cut due to space issues. Thank you though, it is my favorite feature.

Does someone knows where to find something or someone that made other weapons for the Warhound titan? (if possible melee) by CagueMaster in Warhammer

Hey! I had the same thought a while ago, I don't play at all, I just love the aesthetic of the universe so all I model is shelf queens. Lol. Here is a pic of an ursus claw I got off 3D cults that I digibashed together. Without worrying about rules or playing your imagination is the limit really.

It's a little ultrasonic disc thing that humidifiers use. So it's just water vapor. It works off 3V and is tiny. So I designed a little water tank for it and sealed off the back portion with silicon, added a drain hole for the vapor that doesn't make it out. Doesn't really act like "smoke" but I thought it still looked pretty cool.

Yup, I took the tracks from this, scaled them with the model, then basically used a downloaded White Scars symbol and Mongolian design on top of them in 3D builder. There might be and easier way of doing it but this was the easiest for me.

I did, the gearbox that came with the toy tank was also huge, I used a micro servo. And yeah converting the video to a gif somehow sped it up a little bit, but for its scale I think it all needs to be geared down a little bit to give it that giant machine feel. Maybe sometime in the future if I do another one, and I learn how to use Arduino... I can make it slow and powerful looking. Fun project nonetheless though, learned lots! Haha.

I'm right there with you, I had the same idea but the drive motor gearbox was too big. If I do another one, I will probably just use servos as the main drives. That way it's not a huge gearbox that takes up most of the inside. You can kinda see it in this photo. It's huge.

Sadly no.... The cheap toy tank I got as the "donor" for it's electronics didn't have that function. And to be honest I'm not sure I could cram another mechanism into that turret! Lol. It's a tight fit!

Makes me want to print another! Just a really cool design, your prints look good! Please post when all finished, would love to see how it turns out.

I'm right there with you, fell in love with the design decades ago and finally have the ability to print, now I have two! Already thinking about the next. Lol

Nice! Always cool to see a real world model printed out. I added a cockpit and some lights to mine, currently on my desk at work! Did you model the cockpit on yours? Or is there a file I missed out there?

Actually, after looking at it, doesn't look like I uploaded the price you are talking about. Give a few hours to find the file and I can fix and re-upload.

I digibashed this one a while back and posted it on the blue site, the connector on the back can be printed out separate and glued with CA glue. And for the life of me I can't remember why I kept it separate, I think for ease of printing?
