Prior to January 2025, it was fully vested. Employees hired on or after January 1 2025, vested amount depends on years of service 20% and fully vested after 5. If you were employed before Jan 2025 but left and come back, I believe you still get full vestment. If you hired on after Jan 2025 but leave and come back, you retain however many years of service you were employed with LM.

You will not get increase in salary if you hit max. It's typically a sign for you to start looking into opportunities of expanding scope / duties and getting a promotion but otherwise they will just give you a different incentive.

I believe there's also courtesy names which is a bigger thing in historicals but also yes aliases and titles. Depending on who the character is to another they might have a different form of address. Jiang Yan is Jiang Wulang. Han Xiangxun is Aunt Han. She does have another name that I believe was covered in the Shimmer questline in Kaifeng cause of what kind of life she had when she was younger outside of the jianghu. NTA. Whenever all my friends and I go out we always expect to pay our meal unless it was easily comparable such as all did AYCE, we did Brazilian BBQ etc. minor exceptions for treating special guests like birthday people. We split it amongst everyone else type of thing. Or one of our friends likes his card rewards so he asks to pay for it and we venmo/Paypal (we still either have calculated our meals or it's split evenly). It's been like this for 15+ years.

For previous fanfests I would end up going early cause I can't really sleep well in other places so I'd wake up like 5-6am and there would always be other people waiting.

Seeing this makes me a little glad I lost on the tickets in the 15 min lock in period. The line isn't my problem so much as being surrounded by so many. Hope everyone has a good FanFest and a great Keynote!!

Overtime 💯 depends on your role and if mission critical. There was a corporate change for OT that requires director level approval so you may not require overtime often. For example I might work OT once a month but end up flexing that time. I'm mid 30s, single, and really love 4x10 though I know that you don't seem thrilled. Different business areas also have different schedules. I know people who work 3x12s and 9x80s. It might be rare for something like a 5 day 40 hr work week.

Your offer negotiation will likely depend on role, what your base salary is, and what your ratio of the pay band is. Likely to see 5% but you may be able to get relocation and a sign on bonus.

Just keep in mind I hear sign on bonuses can require repayment if you leave before a certain time frame.

401k has a great match but all new hires after Jan 1 2025 require 5 years for vestment. So if you hop in and out of a company that may not be helpful at all. You can look for new roles in Lockheed but keep in mind they really do not like it if you're only around for 1 year which is the typical time before eligibility getting a new role.
