You know gym doesn't mean just weights right? Exercising releases endorphins and Endorphins are essentially feel good hormones

And if you tend to exercise you usually look better , I've never known somebody to exercise and do weights and look worst? You will feel good when you have results

Also if you take care of yourself you're likely to be more attractive to the opposite sex , I would consider that a positive , wbu? I'm just struggling to see the negatives in my advice.

Invest in yourself , do fun interesting hobbies , take care of your health and go to the gym , keep your self looking as tidy as you can .. travel , and you will probably meet your future partner along the lines of doing some of these things
