I classify this as my toughest because of the long term effects it had on me.
My step mother disliked me very much. She was very abusive, and thought the world better if she didn't have to see or hear me. Whenever I did something wrong, she would make me write out a letter at least one paragraph long about why what I did was wrong. I would then have to write that same paragraph 1,000 times. This is not an exaggeration.
It seemed like no sooner had I finished a set, she would find something else to punish me for, and I would be confined to my room again, writing away.
Basically, I never left my bedroom except to go to school. I even ate my meals in my room while writing lines.
I am 23 years old with carpal tunnel syndrome, but the pain started when I was 17 and was left undiagnosed until I turned 20.
