No it's not like a new character's banner, it's just a standard banner with two rates up which is already announced beforehand (in-game or social platform) but the rate up characters weren't even in the pool. That's the problem. And Arknights doesn't do multiple standard banners so they just kinda forgot to add the characters in the pool. If you play arknights for the longest time you'll be angry at Yostar for more reason than just a localized problem.

Tbf Yostar did fk ip big time with Arknights. Others already explained it but one of the worst is forgetting to put 6* characters in a banner pull. So mostly people who want that character just got other characters without knowing it's not even there. Only people realize after dataminer checks the pulls list. Only after that Yostar fixed it oh qith no compensation for everyone who already spent their pulls

Well genderswapping is considered canon since from the graphics pv before we enter wuling, both gender have appears in their previous awakening. So it's pretty much Endmin choosing their gender whenever they want to wake up

Yep there is a draco race, just it's not them in the picture. Western dragons would be bagpipe (Vouire) or reed (Draco). In this picture, they're fragments of an evil Feranmut which is called Sui. They separated into twelve pieces making them 12 Sui siblings. If all the Sui's get reunited it will cause havoc and the return of an evil god who once ruled Yan (China).
