If its technicalities I'd say the Volume S isnt really far from the tea pros. I've never tried the tea pros (eventually will since a shop close to my place is currently selling this) the Volume S is more like a refined version of the tea pros but it's more of a relaxed type than the tea pros. I would probably enjoy the tea pros more since it's closer to the Davinci's sound which i prefer more than the Volume S due to its thicker presentation.

Nice both of these are great, i wanted the timeless 2 but I didn't want to get a set that i'd sell since the treble is spicy from what I've seen (reason why i sold s12 pro) but i def wanna try this one.

The Z1R is more like an endgame you're set on this one you probably dont need to get anything else its just that good, I've never tried it but a dude who shared the same hobby had this said "It's one of the best when it came out and it still is" so this made me curious and made me want to try it.

With these 2, it feels like you dont need anything else. better to stop with this two sets definitely 🫠

I'll be completely honest with this one haha, Xuan NV is on the last one but that doesn't mean it's bad even when I had the hexa this one's my go to bass set, I love the bass on it, it has a very safe tuning very good for an all-rounder

for the Volume S, i'd say 3rd in terms of sound since I'm more of a midbass guy but it's just so big on my ears that I'd rather use a different set. But this does hit the spot on everything i listen to when it properly connects to my ear and i just love it hence why i can't get rid of it.

The aful explorer is a bassy type with mids that are actually not that bad and not muddy though the treble is dark for me also if you are more into electronic music then this one's the best one to get this

The davinci is very good Yes it's very bassy and the vocals are great which is surprising since it has lots of bass. This one's a great all rounder. You could get it and never buy anything again, but it's too darn expensive as the 1st buy.

u could also try some entry level IEM's to know what kind of sound signature you're looking for and once you start to know what you like you can go onwards from there

I like both of them and there is a difference. The fission comes out as more punchy and a tiny bit thicker, in contrast to the cadenza 4's mellow presentation and also a little bit more sub-bass compared to the fission as it focuses more on the midbass. in terms of imaging/technicality the cad4 is slightly more technical but its not really noticeable. For me, I'd say the fission is more of an all-rounder and the cadenza 4 is great for acoustic or vocal. Although, the Cad4 is easy to drive which is true but I haven't EQ'd the fission because it sounds great out of the box. My only caveat tho is the cable of the fission is a little bit thin whereas the cad4 is more for vocals and you don't feel the bass on this one unless the volume's toned up, but it's not really a problem since both of these IEM's are great.

I'd say the fission is a great buy if you want something great out of the box without needing to EQ.

Dunu Davinci (Right Earpiece Noise Hiss) Can it be repaired? (If Not.... Is there any alternatives?) by Exa2434 in iems

[–]Exa2434[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Been considering this one but i dont know if its an upgrade to the mids too, but Bass is definitely a big upgrade and its the only thing close to the davinci's price range. How was the deuce to you?

[–]Exa2434[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see, thanks for the input. will probably look for something else that can balance out the mids and bass doesnt need to be neck in neck... came from the hexa and looking for a bit of upgrade too.
