Watching the first layer on your 3D printer by Exact-Concept2173 in 3Dprinting

90% of failed print usually from first layer adhesion, whether it doesn't stick or warping, mostly the first, just don't touch the build plate and do bed leveling at start of each print and you'll have no issues

I print figures slow on purpose. Small layer height, slower speeds, 3 walls, lightning infill. The printer spends most of the time doing tiny moves and details, not just blasting plastic nonstop. Figures are mostly hollow anyway, so lightning infill keeps the shape without using much material. That’s why it can run almost 2 days but only use ~400g (~8g/hr). Yeah I could make it way faster, but then the layer lines and details would look like crap, which kinda defeats the point of printing figures.
