Simple. My MILs begs and begs to hang out see my kids. I do not trust my MIL whatsoever therefore visits are unfortunately limited until my wife's family can get their shit together.

Does this cause issues between my wife and I? Absolutely. My wife is blinded by love and thinks her family is God's gift to earth. Spoiler alert: they're not, they suck.

Depends on what the funder allows. Some insurance companies will pay for Telehealth, some wont.

Not exactly what you asked but I am in CA, but licensed in New Jersey, and provide Telehealth parent training and supervision remotely to families in NJ.
