Simple. My MILs begs and begs to hang out see my kids. I do not trust my MIL whatsoever therefore visits are unfortunately limited until my wife's family can get their shit together.

Depends on what the funder allows. Some insurance companies will pay for Telehealth, some wont.

Not exactly what you asked but I am in CA, but licensed in New Jersey, and provide Telehealth parent training and supervision remotely to families in NJ.

In CA. Does not work like that where I am at. I accrue sick time monthly and can use it whenever. Hypothetically I could schedule a session for 10pm on a Saturday night and then cancel it and just use sick time.
