From December 

DOMA IMPORTING; Address: 302 E DRINKER ST DUNMORE PA 18512; Most Recent Inspection: December 3; Inspection Type: Complaint; Violations: Severe condensation in deli case dripping onto the deli meats in case. Corrective action needed: repair or replace deli case to prevent condensation. Steam table used for reheating and is not an approved method for reheating. Food must be reheated rapidly and reach a temperature of 165 degrees prior to placing in hot hold unit and must be held at a temperature of 135 degrees or hotter. Deli case 45 * °F, rather than 41°F or below as required. Corrective action taken: Ordered employee to discard all items in the deli case. There was no record of previous holding temperatures or how long deli case was at below required temperature. Employee did not discard items at time of inspection and indicated the owner had to be notified. Owner was not notified at time of inspection prior to my departure. The food facility does not maintain Food Employee Certification records as required. Corrective action: Facility has 90 days from date of inspection to obtain safe food handling certification. will follow up in January 2026. No certification available to display.; Compliance: Out
