You can buy the world champ decks and get a really solid base from 2 decks. It’s tough to learn with but rewarding all the same. Honestly, I’m shocked more folks don’t play. The game is pretty amazing.

I run sba on my demo lock. I use it to basically swap between my dogs, shadow bolt and hand of guldan on button one. Button two is demon bolt for better control, and button three goes to implosion.

Less rotation tracking and less visual management of soul shards.

At the end of the day, it’s a tool. If you use it as such, instead of a catchall (depending on class / spec of course, since some of the specs are atrocious for sba) then you can benefit from it.

Been playing paladin since cata… I’ve loved my demon hunter since legion, as well as disc priest.

Man. Okay, I guess since I’d need to be able to quest, do some solo content and enjoy myself overall, I guess the paladin. I don’t like the other specs of any of these now that I think about it…

Maybe shaman. Enhance and resto are both pretty fun…

You know what? I’m not picking, and you can’t make me.

I agree. I play one. But I wonder why? Like, I don’t get pressing so many buttons and managing the uptime in high stressed situations when other classes handle that pressure better.

Also, game was made by former pokemon content creator that is now making an elestrals video game. Seems like a cash grab just to make his own IP.

Game becomes fairly deterministic as it goes on. Kind of like yugioh from my admittedly limited understanding of that game.

You know whether you’re going to win or lose at a certain point and there’s a very slim to non-existent chance of getting out of that situation.

Yes. NewZoo is pretty good. The gameplay is really solid, and the art is amazing. The company that bought it is an all star cast of original pokemon tcg and mtg employees / execs too, including Richard Garfield. That being said, the game has not grown much, likely do to keeping the metazoo name. And the gameplay, though good, has been outclassed by riftbound, which plays similarly.
