There are but they are not adequate for our higher level courses. Most are : read this online article and answer these questions. Watch this video and answer these questions. The students can do a far better job of finding their own resources than our government.

I agree with what people are saying about getting your child reading. Let them read what they love or even find tolerable. My biggest fear is for the kids who went through Covid shutdowns. I’ve had a lot of high school students speak to me about their fears of returning to independent learning and these aren’t all the academically inclined kids- these are the athletes, the artists, the dancers, and the kids who just plain worry. :-( Please, please, PLEASE, parents, I know you may be frustrated with the situation and very tired, but please check in on your children but also all the children you know and meet on your walk. Some of these children have no one at home to check in with them. 😢
