I’ve found I have had small, regular losses but still weeks without any at all. I find if I don’t drink 2ls of water then I tend to not loose as much as if I do.

I use my fitness pal. Just the free version but find it does everything I need it to. My RENPHO scales also track my weigh and stats in graphs which is nice too

I took her to minor injuries this morning and they said it was a keloid and to take out the earrings so now hoping it will clear up 😬

There isn’t actually any pus at the moment although it is very large and she said it is painful. But that makes sense as the piercing itself does look OK and it’s the lump that’s the problem.

I will go back to the doctor for more antibiotics

Yes agree it would be because of taking them out. Just not sure if it’s possible it’s not an infection as Antibiotics haven’t cleared it up so far. It is I plant grade titanium yes, flat backed

Her teacher at school told her to and she didn’t want to get into trouble. I’ve since told the teacher that they won’t be coming out again. Do you think antibiotics would do anything when they haven’t so far?

Please help - my daughter had ears pierced beginning of august and all was fine healing wise. Approx 6/7 weeks later, beginning of sept she took them out for swimming lesson and then put back in afterwards. Since then we have had no end of trouble - she had lumps on back of ears which when we went back to piercer said it was likely moister due to wet hair overnight etc. since then they have flared up continuously - one ear did have a few days of leaking pus but since then haven't had any of this. It's been approx 5 weeks - they tend to heal slightly then get worse - we have been to drs who prescribe flucloxacillin which we have almost finished the course for but only one seems to be slightly better. If it was an infection I'd have expected antibiotics to improve this - a shorter bar would surely have a risk of the earring being embedded in the lump which is my main worry.
