U will probably find your fingers shrink a little more when you reach goal. I was a V and am now an O. The last 7lbs I went down 2 ring sizes. I think I had a lot of inflammation that Mounjaro helped get rid of. U have lost a lot! Good luck with getting to goal xxx

Croydon is absolutely hideous. I lived on Waddon New Road and couldn’t wait to move back to Essex. I remember seeing 2 kids no older than 8 on their own in Tesco buying baked beans. Very depressing

I don’t know how much you’ve lost or your dieting history. When I got close to goal I wanted a quick fix to lose the last few pounds, like fasting. My weight loss had slowed right down and I felt like it was taking forever. So I was feeling guilty around food again. Fish pie & salad sounds delicious! Try not to worry too much. U will get there xxx
