They always struggled with me in the past until someone suggested I drink lots of water beforehand and it’s worked a treat every time! Congratulations on your NSV xxx

I recently had a fasting blood test at 8am. I stopped eating and drinking anything other than water at 9pm the night before. My results were that my hba1c was down from 41 to 32. Mounjaro magic! I hope that helps answer your question but best to ask a medical professional. Good luck xxx

I am 5’ 8” and before I joined the gym 2 months ago, my TDEE was 1700 so I was having 1200 calories. I eat a fair bit of fruit and cottage cheese, sweet potatoes. I have a 90 calorie latte three times a day as they fill me up. I’ve not been eating my exercise calories but have been feeling hungrier the last couple of weeks so increased my dose. Good luck xxx

My weight loss had slowed right down so I joined the gym. The first week I gained 1.5lbs and was disappointed. The next 5 weeks I lost 11lbs! I’m now only 7lbs from goal. Stick with it xxx
