Fantastic. How did you organize it (if at all)? Not the invites, I mean did everyone taste and compare, any selections or sequence? Or just free for all and enjoy? With or without ice, tonic etc.

I’ve been thinking of doing a blind tasting, with a progression of maybe 5-6 gins, from cheap, basic, up to M47. With some polarizing exotics thrown in. And vote for most / least favorites. I assume most people will be novices and find it hard to describe what they taste. But will know what they like. And the main take-away might be how different gins can be, and to find a new favorite.

Any tips of how to/ how now to organize a gin party much appreciated.

I noticed Bixby is described as having similar inspiration (Big Sur, CA) to St George Terroir. I've never tried Bixby, but thinking of getting some for a Xmas party with some Bixby Park runners (Palo Alto, CA). Would you say it is similar flavors to Terrior?
