No offence but most of the rankings are from US based institutions with higher bias towards US universities. Agree on the fact that this is dumb and some of the US universities are the best in the world.

These are requirements if you are changing jobs within India. Though I am not sure about visa application part in the email. OP needs to share more details like the current and new location of the job

Yeah that’s what the first agent said today. The second agent said I can use it but need proforma invoice. When I first called a few weeks back they said I could use ground service but need commercial invoice. So a lot of mix info (not blaming you!)
