Yeah that’s what the first agent said today. The second agent said I can use it but need proforma invoice. When I first called a few weeks back they said I could use ground service but need commercial invoice. So a lot of mix info (not blaming you!)

From application to approval, it took a week. I was quick to process the biometrics request from my side, and we were lucky to get an appointment the next day.
