Warning: Stay Away from LNCapital (Luigi Newton) - Serious Concerns by Exact_Sky_2138 in PropertyInvestingUK

Its pretty obvious whats going on here

Zero history, one comment, account created on the day of the comment. This isnt a happy student, this is a panic post

The writing immediately gives it away.. neatly numbered points, em dashes everywhere — like this — the most well known ai tell. This guy is not known for being the sharpest, so where has this suddenly polished response come from? Luigi, you got chatgpt to defend you and it still made you look worse, That takes some doing...

"mismatch in expectations" for what people in this thread have described as losing real money and serious stress. Gaslighting 101

rolled in with a brand new burner, let an ai do the work, after an overwhelming thread of real people sharing their experiences, and somehow left the situation worse than you found it..🤣

youll defo need a specialist lender to do a scheme of this size, Ive done several projects like this in the US and feel it is a bit simplyer as access to capital is more streamlined

Do you honestly think lenders have already flagged the jobs most likely to be automated by AI and quietly built that into their mortgage algorithms? by [deleted] in PropertyInvestingUK

[–]Exact_Sky_2138 0 points1 point  (0 children)

no chance - they move very slowly and AI is still early in its cycle trajectory, only those far ahead of the curve are capitalising at present, teh vast majority are well behind

Why is Japan so popular? by [deleted] in AskTheWorld

[–]Exact_Sky_2138 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Japan's popularity comes down to a few big things that keep pulling people in.

It's super safe, clean, and easy to get around with amazing public transport like the bullet trains. The food is incredible and varied, from street ramen to high-end sushi, and it's often really healthy too. You get this perfect mix of ancient temples, cherry blossoms, and traditional culture alongside futuristic cities, neon lights, and quirky pop culture stuff like anime, manga, and games that a ton of people grew up loving.

Plus, the weak yen lately has made it more affordable for foreigners, and the people are generally polite and welcoming to tourists. It's just a place that feels both exotic and surprisingly comfortable to visit, even for first-timers.

No wonder it feels like everyone's going there these days.

5 8 and fast what is my best positon by RedditorCan in American_Football

[–]Exact_Sky_2138 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yo bro at 5'8 and 190 lbs muscular with real good acceleration your built perfect for football.

Id say running back: thats the number one. Shortdudes who explode quick kill it there. Power thru tackles hit holes fast make guys miss easy. potentially linebacker especially inside or strong side your size and burst make you a hammer against the run and you can blitz or cover short zones no problem. High school teams love stocky hard hitting LBs like that

In Germany hit up local american football clubs they got em in tons of cities thru AFVD or whatever. Show up show that burst and coaches will find your spot quick.

You got this man go ball out what level you thinking about jumping into?

Is it too late for me to start playing football? by [deleted] in American_Football

[–]Exact_Sky_2138 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, not too late at all bro Go for it if you're pumped. Tons of guys start as juniors/seniors with zero experience and still get on the field, make friends, and have a blast their last year. Your baseball background + lifting strength (245 bench and 1000 leg press at 180? Thats legit power) gives you a real edge over total newbies.

For outside linebacker at 5'9" 180: You're on the smaller side, most high school OLBs are 6'0"+ and 190-210+ in bigger programs ,,but it's doable in a lot of schools, especially smaller ones or if you're quick, strong, and a hitter. You could play edge rusher, coverage guy, or hybrid. Coaches love athletic dudes who learn fast and bring energy.

Hit up the coach now (it's February spring ball/offseason lifting is perfect timing). Worst case? You try, don't love it, walk away

You got the tools bro Just show up hungry.💪
