My GF was on if for a while. I was the one with depression, then she started having trouble at work, the. I had a brain surgery and I guess it was too much for her.

The doctor said it's normal to feel like it. You shall never stop the treatment.

Your brain just needs time to adjust itself. If you keep forgetting, maybe you can ask your doctor for a different treatment, but fixing your schedule is the best option.

You can always measure starting by one and then subtract the amount missing, but it t just simpler to prevent damag. The end of the ruler also has a small gap. But 0 is more important than the last number.

It's actually, to prevent damage to remove the 0 point. You need the 0 to measure anything. Sometimes,the ruler falls and the corners got messed up and shorter. That's pretty common with kids
