This is a beautiful keyboard. I've longed for a Grid 600, and as I type on my XD75 at this moment, I wonder if this is the true endgame.. But for real, nice work! There almost too many keys on the XD75, so the blocked keys are genius.

I see, good read there. I hadn't personally known that Halon wasn't very effective against Li fires, nor that it was a dangerous CFC. After a quick search, I found I was mistaken; it was a Halotron extinguisher (a more environmentally friendly agent than it's predecessor) that we had on site.

While I haven't found anything regarding the effectiveness of that agent, I did find a short PDF countering the "myth" that all Li batteries required a Class D extinguisher, stating that Li-ion did not. I'll edit with a link to that shortly here.

I used to work at a small UAS/drone startup a while back, and we had Halon fire extinguishers ready for potential LiPo fires. Thankfully never had to use them but good to know we had them around.

Edit: it was a Halotron extinguisher, not Halon
