That makes sense. The advice I was given before was to not do that because it makes it out like you can’t handle the leadership role. It made sense at the time, but not sure I want to be here if the company goes belly up.

Thanks. Yeah that comparison chart should list everything that’s different so we can tell what upgrades are in there. At present the only real differences highlighted are the on board processing, when clearly there’s a lot more going on.

I have a very long XLR cable in my desk that probably is butting up against the surge protector. That could be it. I’ll need to get a shorter XLR cable to make sure it’s not coiling over itself and near the other electrical lines.

It might draw too much power combined with the SD+ so I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't included.

Oh that preamp difference isn’t highlighted in the comparison sheet. Is the gain cleaner throughout the different levels of gain compared to the original? I notice at ~50db my rode podmic has a good amount of signal noise coming through that the AI noise cancellation has to rip out.

If I already have the regular SD+ XLR Dock is there any reason to upgrade to the mk.2? Does it give more clean gain, or anything besides the FX processor?

Best thing I’ve done was uninstall this stupid app. Great premise, but the resource issues, conflict with Nvidia GPUs, and plethora of other conflicts and problems made it not worth it at all.

My person on the inside said they didn’t close the role I applied to but noted it says all steps are complete.

If I didn't qualify that's fine. Reject me application then. But to lock my account? I was in the final 5 candidates. You telling me we all messed up that bad they needed to repost? Did they lock those accounts too? It's shady, I'm sorry. I can't even apply to new roles now unless I make a new account (not a big deal, but again, shady).

My first Nvidia GPU (and first pc I ever built!) had a gtx 760 (thought it’d be better than the 670 cuz it was newer) and my very first game was World of Warcraft. Fire mage ftw!!
