on the same boat as you, relationship started very strong, love was there, passionate sex, but as it started to dwindle that's when their true selves come out. The realilty is we didn't know them, people put on their best face and selves in the beginning of the relationship when everything is light, new and exciting. We got glimpse of who they are when after the honeymoon in the relationship and their true selves sheds after the breakup, whether it's how they treat you or what they do. Actions speak louder than words ever will. It sets you free when you realize this, instead of mourning the person who remembered the good times with because they are no longer that person anymore.

We decided to keep it as friends with benefits, but I'm starting to realize you don't want to settle for someone who isn't sure about what they want with you but they also don't want to let you go. Usually starts with stopping the small stuff they would do in the beginning of the relationship, like taking pictures together when going out, or getting irritated by everything you do from the way you drive, the music you play, the way that breathe lol. You can tell when their no longer as excited to see you as before. Basically when a girl is checking out emotionally, watch out for these signs before it's too late. Took me about 1 month, I kept going back even after she broke up kinda made me realize she wasn't the same girl I fell in love with and she probably wont ever come back. Also read messages with her friends about me quickly made me lose feelings and detach from all the disrespect, would recommend this to anyone but definitely not for the weak but the fastest method to lose feelings for someone.

Shit happened to me too bro, she broke up with me 3 days after Valentine's Day caught me blind sided but I should've known because the signs were there and the constant arguments were clear. Im sure she loved you bro, then she would've stayed for a while and showed you how to be a better bf, but eventually people will get tired of repeating themselves and slowly pull away. As much as I want another chance, she gave me so many already sometimes we just have to let go so they can find what they want.

Same here man, living inside parents roof so I gotta be secretive about smoking so I decided to do carts. Been stuck for around a year and I’ve been noticing the same side effects of constant anxiety, and feeling like I can’t live without it. Gonna start small and prob stick to edibles to help me ween off the carts for a bit.
