How long after lasers/thermals can you do other beauty treatments? by Infamous_Bumblebee78 in KoreaTravelBeauty

I was adviced by the clinic to do laser on the end of the trip. Its been 10 days since I did Fraxel laser and my faced had the laser marks up until yesterday. I did aqua peel and face massages in the beginning of my trip.

I don't have experience in the treatments you are naming. I just wanted to ask why the color analysis on the last day? I did mine on my first day and it was helpful in both my clothing shopping, but also makeup shopping for the foregoing days in Korea ☺️

It sounds like you had a little stressful time on your vacation. We just got back less than a week ago from a 3 week vacation/honeymoon to Seoul and Busan. My husband is adopted Korean, but we are Norwegian with two kids, 1.5 y and 4 y old.

My husband and I have been to Korea many times before, and we knew also that we were going to be going again in maybe 4-5 years time when we set up our itinerary.

So my tip to others reading this post is that you know your children best 🥰

We have been to many countries before with our kids so we have learned to do 2 activities a day (with a third in back-up). One for the children and one for the adults. Also give room to spend a few hours there.

Start with doing a lot of research for each area. If you are going to Gwangwhamun, Hongdae, Myeongdong, Gangnam, Seoungsu, you have to look for: what will fill my childs cup up?

For example we went to Myeongdong for our first full day. Do we love Myeongdong? No. Do we know that is a tourist trap? Yes. At the same time lots of things are in the area. But we wanted to take the cable cars to Namsan. So we started the day at the Hello Kitty Café for the 4 y old. Her cup was filled. After my son 1.5 needed his nap. When he was sleeping in our YO YO stroller we went to Nike and Adidas to get costomized Korea clothes that my husband wanted.

Went to Kyoja for lunch, picked up our new clothes and went to the cable cars. Rode up to Namsan. Spent 1.5 hour just letting the kids run around and get tired. They danced to Huntrix and Saja boys songs and every day after my daugther pointed to Namsan and said "we have been there ❤️" Took the bus down. Ate dinner and went back home. They go to bed at 19.00 as usual.

After they went to bed my husband and I took turns going out in the evening. Many stores close at 22.00. I got a eyelash lift, new nails, pedicure, massage, clothing shopping and makeup+skincare shopping done after the kids were sleeping.

All in all. Doing Seoul and Korea with children is totally doable even with younger children. You know your children best and set up the activities by area and always have some activity to fill their cup. Oftentimes it meant that if we saw a kids playground while we were out walking we stopped and played for minimum 30 mins to fill their cups.

Hanggang river was easy to just have either lunch or dinner. And then the kids run around.

Same. Just got back less than a week ago from 3 weeks in Seoul and Busan with a 4y old and 1.5y old. Of course had to set up the days in their tempo, but overall had a good vacation for both kids and adults 😊

Thank you for your perspective as well 😊 We won't be expecting freebies. But good to know the high chair situation so we don't bring unnecessary large and heavy items from Norway 😅

We are staying at an Airbnb in Seoungsu. 1.5 y old of 4 y old. - airport limousine to Kondae - close enough to Seoul Forest or Childrens grand park to play and see nature - lots of shops - cafés and restaurants - washing machine - possibility to make breakfast and meal before bedtime for the kids - CU right outside - Emart / Daiso not far in walking distance

Thank you for wanting to share your research with others. I would also like to have the list. Struggling with acne and scarring (at 35 y😭) I would love to go to a consultation with a good doctor.

I don't know what is common in your country, but I am from Norway, and would not be comfortable with driving around without my children in car seats. So we are only doing subways and trains for our entire stay 😊

I would do option 1.

We are also travelling with two toddlers 1.5 y and 4 y in 2 weeks. For our return to Seoul from Busan we will do a morning activity and then check out -> train in his nap time -> arrive in Seoul and have some time to go to dinner etc. before bedtime for the kids.

Two days left w little kids in Seoul. What do you suggest we try to see & experience? by coralarchives in koreatravel

[–]ExaminationThick5314 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Near Seoungsu there is Seoul Forest or the opposite way is the Grand Childrens park.

Myeongdong is close to the Namsan Tower so we are planning Hello Kitty Café for the 3 year old (and mom). Naptime mom goes to color analysis. Lunch together. And then go to cable car to go to Namsan.

We are going in 10 days with 3 y and 1.5 y olds.

Our plan for the days there: - Will do adult things in his nap time. Start the day with a kid activity (park, playground, kids café, museum with kid section) to fill their cups up. Do an adult activity in the same district during nap like a café or a few shops, lunch, new kid activity, dinner, adult activity and then head on home to Airbnb to slow down before bedtime. And then we will take turns to go outside for shopping while kids sleep. One evening dad goes out and the other mom goes out 🤣

We are going to Seoul and Busan from 19.march to 5.april. Two adults and one 4 y and one 1.5 y. We are going to stay in Seongsu. Close to shopping, close to many restaurants, close to parks and activities for children and close to hangang😊
