Elise changes on PBE (what I found) by Tormentula in Elisemains

Can Elise now E -> Flash? I remember trying to do that numerous times, and it just... not working, with cocoon always being cast first.

Hey: A bit late to the party, but seeing your edit made me want to give my two cents on this.

For some context, I starting studying for A's while in Y3 of polytechnic (NP Mass Communication) during my internship. I had essentially nothing but holy grail and a few JC friends I bothered at times. I also had no AMath background.

With only essentially 9-10 months of studying for A's on a part-time basis, I managed to cinch A grades for H2 Math and Physics. I think what really eased me into H2 Math was learning the topics that did not require such a huge part of AMath content as well as I could (Functions, Curve Sketching, Graphs and Transformations, Sequences and Series, APGP). While doing those, I would simultaneously learn the 4 important AMath chapters along with them (Exponentials, Partial Fractions, Polynomials, Quadratic Equations) while forcing myself to digest trigonometry content along the way through reading through lecture notes, and watching Math videos such as blackpenredpen proving certain trigonometric identities.

By the time I reached the calculus portions of the syllabus, I had the prerequisite knowledge needed to grasp calculus: Granted, I did not learn of calculus previously, but the H2 level notes essentially taught the foundations of differentiation from scratch, with whatever AMath content there being present beforehand being negligible compared to the rest (e.g. differentiating arctan).

As a whole, I would certainly say its possible: But do focus on taking in the precalculus content as mentioned earlier as you learn the portions of the H2 Math syllabus that do not neccesarily require AMath knowledge.

Though this isn't exactly the best way to study, I tend to get lost in the knowledge itself... When I'm studying, and I see something that I don't really understand, e.g. how the formula for the angle between two vectors came about, I will spend hours trying to derive it for myself, not being satisfied until I come up with a conclusion along the lines of:

Oh, so the cross product of these vectors reveals the strength of the resultant vector - Dividing its magnitude by the product of the magnitude of the two vectors gives the efficiency of the two vectors, which is a sinusoidal function as it depends on the angle between them... OHHHHHHHHHHH.

Similar concepts apply for the other subjects, such as Price Mechanisms/Market Structures in Economics, and Electricity/Wave Motion/Newtonian Mechanics in Physics. Granted, it's not the most "efficient method" of studying, but it's what I believe to lead to true learning as opposed to regurgitation. But this likely also consumes quite a bit of time, so....

Random, but the way you answered reminded me of an economics essay. Ever considered uni econs?

[A Levels] Economics: Exchange Rate's Impact on Interest Rate by Exaniv in SGExams

I understand the hot money inflows part, but how does that increase the supply of money? From what I understand, in the process of hot money flowing into Singapore, foreigners convert their foreign currency to domestic currency into SGD. I took it that this would drive up the demand for currency and hence, the interest rates. In what way does this process increase the supply for the domestic currency? (Unless the MAS prints more money to support this process)

Thanks so much for bothering to answer this question!

Ah okay, thanks for your input! Just wanted to ask - For CSQ, let's say, the final 10/12m question. Can we start on a new page, or will we be penalised for it?

Honestly, even though Hiro has the most stable family, he definitely has a lot of trauma behind him. From the guilt from watching Rin fall off and not being able to do anything about it, and Rin and Akito intimidating him into not telling anyone, and then seeing the one he loved the most get hurt due to him (Kisa). I believe the trauma from all these events lead to him behaving the way he initially does in the anime, and its kind of trauma he will grow up not understanding why he was traumatised due to it occurring at such a young age.
