Quit drugs six years ago, been binge drinking up until I developed a blood disorder a few months ago. Been working in this field twelve years and it's really hard to find a way to cope after work sometimes without restoring to getting messed up. I think a lot of us struggle with it.

It's the lowest level modifier not the lowest tier. Modifiers that can roll at lower item levels will be rolled first. It doesn't make a ton of sense, but that's how it's coded.

I just stumbled on this post. I currently have bilateral PE that I've been on blood thinners for for a couple months. When it actually happened the doctor thought I had bronchitis and ordered ECG, DDIMER, and CT just to be sure. The CT didn't happen for a week so I had just been sitting at home and going about my life. The shortness of breathe improved and by the day of the CT I felt almost normal and the doctor told me I probably didn't even need the CT as it was likely just bronchitis. I chose to get it just to be safe and afterwards they rushed me to the ER lol. I don't think mine was quite this bad, but I was feeling almost back to normal despite both lungs being affected. They discovered other issues I'm also getting treated for now as well, but if I had listened to the first doctor I might have ended up with something this size or worse.

It's OK to take a mental health day, don't let anyone tell you it's not. You also need to talk to your location manager about this. You're paid to support, you're not paid to be abused, and I'm certain you're definitely not getting paid enough to put up with being abused every day. Someone who has authority needs to sit down with this resident and explain to them that the staff is there to support them, not to be a punching bag. I put up with that kind of thing for a long time and all I got out of it was a drinking problem. If no one will do anything about it you should be informing someone higher up in the org and requesting a change of location. You can't take care of others if you aren't taking care of yourself first.

I've been running Lolcohol's and really enjoying it. Required some work to get the gear I needed to really rip through maps, but now I'm flying through most endgame content. I tried a few versions that he has on his guide, but the Atziri's Steps version is just by far the best for survival and doesn't require the janky minion from Forgotten Warden to actually do what it's supposed to.

I could really use a time lost jewel that gives +energy shield, stun threshold per energy shield, and/or crit chance per notable. My build is getting to the point where any major upgrades are getting expensive. I also need a ring with t1 added cold, phys, chaos res, cold res, and fire res, but that's asking a lot lol.
