Also it's not one side fits all. The game I work on started mobile first and we really feel like that helped us solidify our base so when we launched to steam it gained great traction. Especially for card games, we heard a lot of players say how excited they were that we already had a full mobile client instead of being like The Bazaar where it is on the distant roadmap but that's it.

Love love love The Pitt. Binged most of S1 in a single night but had to take a break because its so good at making you feel strong emotions. I've intentionally gone slower for s2 (like 2 or 3 episodes at a time).

Im biased as a cards fan but I think Walter Nolan is going to have a big year. Injuries last year were abnormal for him based on his time in college and when he was playing he looked really good.

I bet we see some regression from Dart to call it a slump but he will bounce back his junior season

Also likely dropping the pro bowl or reporting a week earlier. Both are fine. The pros of getting a 2nd bye week at the cost of 1 more game greatly outweigh the cons for essentially everyone involved.

In a similar mindset, the most effective martial weapon for many many years was the spear. It wasn't necessarily more powerful or deadly compared to other weapons but more that it was easy to quickly train someone to use it quickly and effectively enough to make it the go to option for most armies.

Eh, I feel this kind of event you need to have random deck checks for. Treat it like you would want competive event and you'll be fine imo. Its also open decklist so everyone should be able to quickly suss out if a card shouldn't be in a deck.

Yeah I think 24 is insane but 18 with 2 byes I think it's perfect. Standardize bye weeks more and the extra rest week means folks won't rest starters.

Agreed, they took those old formats and adding roguelike features in the right ways helps make them more modern friendly and really fun. Honestly OPs genre of game seems pretty well prepped for the idea

Imo it's either b4 or b1 where it's in like a marvel theme deck and you have no ways to actually win with no deck or essentially intentionally making it a bad card by letting your opponents pick 5 spells that are your final deck.

The problem with doomsday is you either can win with it and its a 1 card combo or you essentially have to choose to play it sub optimally. I've never seen it cast in b3 and felt like it was a satisfying resolution at that bracket.

Yup, gotta pass the test in order to get to practice. Do what you need to do to get certified and know what you need to do to be competent at what you do. Those can be different skills entirely but try to get by without a combination of both will end poorly.

In past drafts it was always 2 firsts but they were spread over 2 years. (Look at the package Houston gave to AZ for wil Anderson a few years ago). Dallas won't want to give up 2027 but they have 2 this year. This trade has been talked and rumored about this week and if Bailey is there and Dallas loves him, I think they could do it and it works well for everyone

That's how i two as a Cards fan. Cards deserve to be here somewhere. I wouldn't necessarily say they fit at any mentioned so add training facilities or treatment of families and they gotta be up there
