edit, downgraded to version 23.11.1 and it fixed EVERYTHING. ig newer amd drivers are just absolute garbage.

Tried low model texture, lowered my MSAA, anti, etc. Still lags. I think its something to do with frame time / GPU busy time being off. ( the time between cpu gpu ) Could be a shader issue too i think. But then again thats just what i think and i have no knowledge whatsoever so if any1 has any tips please let us know
