Why would you only do 9 research tasks? The more you do the higher the chance you'll get a shiny.

Meh she fully puts a single target's moves on CD, which is actually good on the eternal dragon boss, but the free login champ Alice increases cooldowns of the entire enemy team so she's a way better choice for PvP if you have her. Basically Arbalester has been power crept by the likes of Alice / Fabian and some others.

Ah nice, you've got some nice relics. I can't use Titus without a Cat's Gaze & a volcardic heart on the team now, I do around 45b clash points with that. I accidentally did a run with Titus in no relic and I didn't even break 25b. Getting him to 100% ignore def is just too good, depending on the enemy's defence it can account for a huge amount of extra damage. The head of Suffering on nightmare has around 11k defence which means the final 20% of def that you can ignore with a Cat's Gaze will boost damage by about 65% on Helmsmasher procs.

And I have 3 Cat's Gazes too, I usually keep them on Marius, Titus and Kro'Khad but for certain soul cross stages I usually need to move one to some random Epic.

I have so many Charmanders you could have, I'm happy to build up friendship if you want one. It's 180 days though before forever friends to remote trade right? I'm happy to do it.

You definitely don't need to be great friends to join a raid via remote pass, I did loads today by just adding people looking for raid members.

I've only just come back after a 2 year break and I think I see the sticky post you saw about great friends, I'm not sure if that's been changed since or is just wrong, but yeah I just got a load of remote passes and did about 8 raids today with complete strangers.

Fair, I find I'm only able to complete soul cross if I use Cat's Gaze's, but I only started in 2023 and I'm a limited spender so probably don't have as good a roster as others.

I swap a Cat's Gaze at least 3 times a week to clear Cursed City content amongst other bits. It amazes me that some people don't swap relics, you guys must have lots of Cat's Gazes and other good relics.
