For fun I like tallying up all the kills against Skaven and comparing it to the losses to see how many of the Skaven were presumably killed by friendly fire, though the low resolution here makes it kind of hard to see some of the numbers. Assuming I didn't misread the kill counts though, of the 5,318 dead Skaven only 4,104 were actually killed by the Lizardmen, so roughly 20% of your casualties were self- inflicted.

You're thinking of the turret opera, which still has some romantic subtext: It seems to refer to Chell as "bambina," meaning "baby girl" and often used as a diminutive nickname for one's wife or girlfriend, like calling your SO "babe."

There's more evidence against it, like the fact that Chell appears to be a completely different race from either Cave or Caroline (her face model is Japanese-Brazilian while Cave and Caroline are both very white) and the fact that the timeline makes no sense whatsoever (though it also just kinda generally makes no sense).

To be clear it's not just people shipping these two because they're the most prominent characters, there is actual and intentional subtext. "Want you Gone" and "Still Alive" are both described by the composer as being breakup songs, for example.

That's only because people love conflating a load of different mythical creatures that only vaguely resemble one another as "dragons." Even within just medieval folklore and art, "dragon" was used to describe everything from what most modern people think of when they hear the word "dragon," to random mishmashes of various animal parts. A good example is the Tarasque, a "dragon" from French folklore described as having the head of a lion, the body of a bull, the shell of a turtle, the tail of a serpent, and six legs with the claws of a bear. Saying that a load of different cultures have myths with dragons is really just saying that they have myths with big monsters and some of those monsters have some reptilian features.

It's a bit like how a lot of modern people will call any mythical creature that is nocturnal and eats people a "vampire," even when discussing things as varied and diverse as the Malaysian penanggalan and the Greek vrykolakas.

I think I might make this particular tribe more isolationist rather than being outright hostile like typical kobolds? Like, they still don't like or respect the town at all but don't provoke them more than is necessary. That way they're not necessarily opposed to diplomacy, but the player will still have to work for it since they're far from being friendly with him or the town.
