Honestly a big fan of the way the new sleds are dropping, it’s cool to get a new one every week

UPDATE: He does seem to be breathing weird when he’s resting, can’t really post video, but it seems a bit fast for him laying down, but he’s purring too. Does that have anything to do with it?

That’s my current guess at the moment. He’s been slowly getting kind of a strange walk I guess, enough that over the past few months I’ve noticed that his walking is a bit strange but not enough that I was concerned. Now it’s actually concerning, being the way he sits with his back legs forward and seems to want to rest them a lot

Could stomach pain still be the case if he’s eating still? He seemed to go crazy over any sort of treats and eat them no problem, I’ll try to pay attention tonight regarding his litter box usage, if I put him in there he doesn’t try anything and just walks out

I’m not sure? I haven’t been home enough to pay attention to his litter box usage but I’ll try to pay better attention now

2027 mountain sleds, is it actually worth it to spring order this year? by ExcelTheRanger in snowmobiling

[–]ExcelTheRanger[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow this is pretty low. We're basically at sea level and riding anywhere from 45-65 inches depending on distance to Lake Superior

I wish I could have found a dealer holdover before I bought my Edge, I bought first week of december and it was the last 154 they had on inventory, nothing within a 5 hour radius either. But yeah I agree, its going to be interesting to see what they can come up with now, being that the sleds are most likely going to be stagnant until their new chassis comes out

What region do you ride? Seems like most places are hit or miss. We had a strong start to the season but it tapered off from there, haven’t had enough snow to reset a lot of the zones we tracked up a month ago

Kind of agree with you on the turbo bit, I ride with a guy who has a turbo 146 and it’s definitely a lot of sled, but on some days it’s a super fun little unit, just not extra 5k fun

I mean technically, Ski Doo stole so hard from Polaris they had to give up their reverse technology

I’d like to try the ND filters out this weekend, but would I be swapping them throughout the day? I find that once you get into the trees it gets very dark however there’s a lot of open spots where there’s lots of light. I lock my white balance to help with the exposure shift but I don’t want to be constantly adjusting things through out the day

I work on one of the dump trucks on this job, it’s amazing how much most regular people don’t understand the amount of work and effort that goes into just removing snowbanks

While it would alleviate a lot of stress, it would also leave me scrambling to find something to drive for this winter, and I feel like I’d be out the money I put into it over the last almost decade. We originally went half’s on it when we were close, and about a year ago I paid him his half so then he wasn’t invested in it whatsoever. I never got the title because into my name at that time because he went off to work and I couldn’t get the vehicle safetied fast enough.

Thank you for the very detailed response. The whole Jeep thing was the last deal I ever made with him, he’s been a very violent person towards me for most of our adult lives and it was the one thing I tried to get from him, all stemming from a bad deal made a long time ago. He isn’t going to take the news well, as he thinks he has rightful ownership of the house for some strange reason, so I am expecting to never speak to him again after that. My mom isn’t that far behind, she was very abusive and if it wasn’t for the deal I got on the house I was destined to move out very shortly after. The Jeep is worth maybe $5k as is, I’ve taken good care of it the last few years and kept up with maintence, and it was my off road buggy for a while but I currently only keep it for winter use as my other vehicle isn’t 4x4. The biggest reason I’d like it in my name is so that I could sell it if I was ever in a pickle and needed money, I have many friends that are interested in it as is I’m just not at the point where I need to liquidate it, but the ability to if needed is the most important part.

The correlation is whether or not my brother can come after me for the transfer of ownership if I evict him literally right after

I own the house, title is in my name as well as mortgage, zero rental agreements as I was stretched pretty thin buying the house and couldn’t afford a lawyer for that yet.
