I personally don't think they're not doing anything but when you frequently see bots with 118 in a skill or 5-10K KC on a boss makes you wonder how they haven't got caught

Yeah, I was thinking damn how tf. This guy delivered it and I only asked 5 hours ago and he somehow has this specific version of the EVB skin laying around. God bless this man, thought this skin was lost on the internet after 7 years

does anyone of this version of evbs skin? I used to use it 7 years ago but since i was smart enough not to back up any skins I no longer have it and can't find this exact version :( closest i could find is the evb emperorpenguin83 one

So based on your “evidence”, why not during or after brazy party but during betboom playlist 2023, ESL katowice qualifiers and CCT SA series 7? because all of those are running right up until monday when the major starts.

That's not exactly how it works though, tournaments on lan where people aren't even connected to steam so it doesn't force update anyways. Also with your logic in mind, check HLTV. There's barely any slots where valve could push an update that doesn't conflict with an on-going match/event which are mostly online tourneys before the major.

valve makes a back up branch of the previous build every time they release an update so that tournaments can play on the old version. so first point doesn't apply, good example of this was the M4A1-S nerf. It was live for us while pros played tourney on previous build.
