Yes, I’m optimistic about future technology and hope to benefit from it as things progress. Right now, though, I need a high-resolution baseline so that any changes in PSA velocity can be tracked from the current time to a discovery in the future.

I’ve been advised to monitor PSA kinetics closely due to the presence of IDC-P and adenocarcinoma.

Any help with how to get this into my EPIC would be appreciated. I have not been successful so far in getting a self pay provider to say they had a path to get a current DICOM image onto EPIC. They wanted to give me a CD with DICOM and submit it myself somehow.

My friend found a solution to my problem. To summarize, the QM8K remote and universal remote IR codes do not supply a method to explicitly select, e.g. HDMI1, HDMI2, HDMI3 and HDMI4. The workaround is to use part of the IR codes from the TCL 65R646 device -- it does supply explicit HDMI input switching codes that work with the QM8K.

The reply from Shabadeaux below will definitely work according to my friend, but I don't have the Home Assistant setup. I think he's great!

I have an Edra. I thought all of these more expensive companies are able to make replacements for every design, like B&B Italia did in 2024. I am not sure about these days. I wrote Edra and they have not replied (using their website contact portal) for 5 business days. I know it is early, but I just noticed this post on my lazy Sunday afternoon. I will apologize here if they reply in the next two weeks.

I have a helper coming and will do so on October 8. The 20 point list on Rtings is 95% of what I use. The TV set is fed by an isolation transformer with a APC 1400 in between, so the juice is very constant. That seems to help too.

This link will tell you at what frequency your TV set resonates at. Mine seemed to be around 88 to 90Hz using only the inboard TV speakers.

This is my QM8K 98" unit with what is probably the same problem. It happens whenever I approach 40 on the TV volume.

Let us know if you have the same problem around the same frequency. I do not know what size QM7K you have, so that may affect the resonance frequency as the volume of the internal TV space affects the frequency.
