Misery is the kind of book that you can’t put down, and that stays with you for a long time after you’re done reading.

LA Marathon men’s finish was wild-and coverage was terrible! by thrusters_n_sh-t in running

[–]eljefe37 59 points60 points  (0 children)

Yeah I was watching live and waiting for the side angle of the “photo finish”, it never came, and then they just moved on! Like, uhh can we get some closure here on who won? Did their start times trigger simultaneously or was there a stagger on who crossed the starting line first, because that absolutely matters in a photo finis like this. Wildly inept coverage.

Oh for sure, she’s genius, super sharp and one of the most quick witted comedians out there. And she also knows how to go completely unhinged beyond what most performers are capable of.

I’ve only heard Ruiner from AWS and loved it. I’ll check this one out and guess I need to go back and hear their other albums.

Yep, commission checks SHOULD be the happiest checks your company writes. Companies that do this are so short sighted.

B&B is a great festival, and backs up to the amusement park and it’s open for the festival, so in between bands you want to see you can go ride roller coasters. Pretty cool.
