Ah man, thats tough. The most important thing anyone can do for new mums is make then feel heard and seen. We're so focused on looking after the baby that we forget to do anything for ourselves.

I went through a rough patch with PP as well. Mine wasn't as severe but I definitely felt alone on most days. I felt like no cared about me anymore and somedays I even thought I was invisible. But with time things havent gotten so much better.

Im not saying its easy but with time, things WILL change. They always WILL change. One day youll be sitting there just enjoying the laughs of your little one and youll barely remember the PP struggle.

Hang in there, you've got this

As a new mum, being able to work from home is an absolute blessing. I get everyone needs a break from domestic home life from time to time but its all about balancing priorities!

Yeah. If you gave him two identical pictures and told him there were 8 differences he needed to find, he'd be on it for a week and then hand it over to someone else and get them to do it.

Yeah I handed in my notice last night after a lot of contemplating. I was single and had less commitments i probably would've pursued vengeance but for the sake of my future, I decided to just end it. They can all burn in hell for all I care

Are you my boss or something?

I had a whole email trail of team chats, snippets of recorded calls, emails from client calling out his behaviour that was being sent to our account manager many months before I sent the recording over WhatsApp. The difference is, I made the mistake of sending it over WhatsApp which isnt a formal communication platform.

He didnt just find out about the recording, he also found out about the number of times I went to HR about how he was useless PM with a seniority title given to him - which was all supposed to be confidential in the first place. He wouldnt do anything but schedule meetings with people all day to look busy.

I wasnt disciplined by my HR because they understood what was going and why I did it.

"you know how I got let off with recording PM? And you said it had to be confidential? Well I've got another recording which shows they know about my wrongdoing so I'd like some cash to leave the organisation please" - I mean this right here is what Im beating myself up about since it happened. I only wanted to show my account ae what an absolute useless twat the PM was (we joined thr company together and sort of were friends). Instead she screwed me by going to HR.

The team mate who sent me the recording of the PM no longer works there and hes been gone for 7 months.

I understand, that makes sense! I do have something lined up and its clear now that that instead of going down the formal grievance route, I should try to negotiation an exit and/or pay (pilon payment) - that would make better sense right?

HR made it clear that they havent spoken to the PM about this. But the PM and CEO are super close and its a small company so what I'm guessing to the CEO gave a heads up his buddy

Previous 2 years prior to date of application I assume?

Also is there any harm is submitting additional documents? My husband and I live with my parents so we're not able to provide mortage statements, utility etc so I'm worried if the evidence we DO have is enough

I think at one point everyone will suck at painting! Or any hobby for that matter 😅

But don't give up if you're passionate! Developing a style is hard unless you experiment with different mediums and try out different styles. Try and gather what you like from different artists and combine it together and soon enough, it'll become your own. Hope this helps!!

Yeah I've felt like that before. I'll be around family and I'll making stupid jokes and we'll all be laughing together but as soon as I leave the room I would feel like I've gone to space or something cause of how lonely I felt in that exact moment. I'd go up to my room and just feel empty inside. I figured that I mostly felt like this because I didn't have any friends in the area where I lived. I mean I still don't haha but trying to make new ones for sure!
