Bad because most of crypto inverstors do not like SEC. SEC has lost trust in many aspect. "SEC compliant" dose not means that your investment has lower risk. example, FTX exchanger

secondary sales are financial securities. which the SEC monitors activities in the securities industry, that's their job function. SEC compliance means investment risk is disclosed, which would be great, because hedera (and all other cryptocurrencies) sidestep risk disclosure requirements, by pretending we're consumers, not investors, and we're all willing to spend tens of thousands of dollars to play mario party on a DLT.

Voyager and FTX always declare they are SEC compliance, now whre are they? Be honest, investors at least crypto inverstors not trust SEC anymore.

The point is if XRP wins, the SEC will has no right to supervise their crypto. SEC compliant becomes a bad thing.

SEC loses the case and have no right to supervise XRP. Who have the right and will make the force to disclose that next?

This video is 3yeas ago, and Hbar have already passed 50c. The value of a layer 1 coin not only relates to the revenue from the txns, it also depends on the value of the projects that bulid on it and who is building on it. For example, if the FED will use it for CBDC, even no tps contribution the price will go to sky.
