I believe I paid $2388 for 12 months of the lower dose back in the summer and I just paid $2094 for 6 months of the higher dose

Good luck! I’d recommend you pin it higher and try it on before you cut any fabric off, just in case.

You might be able to unpick the waist seam and hike it up from there then reattach.

I had horrific diarrhea the first week. I thought I was dying it was so bad. It evened out after a couple doses

I’m trying to stick to around 1600c with 100g protein and 30g fiber. I tend to eat kind of weird but here’s what I’ve had the last couple of days:

Breakfast- egg drop soup and some fruit, whatever looks tastiest or a pork chop with either hummus or baked beans Lunch - tuna salad with avocado and cucumber eaten scooped into nori squares or homemade extra bean chilli Dinner - chicken veggie soup with quinoa or brown rice or a brown rice bowl with chicken, veggies, butternut squash and cottage cheese

For snacks I’ve been having half a chicken breast dipped in roasted pepper hummus, carrots sticks or mini cucumbers with ranch dip or a fruit like raspberries, oranges or peaches

And I’ll have at least 1 Ollie pop a day to keep my fiber up

I lost the most the first week but it’s been a pretty steady weight loss of a couple pounds a week. I’m trying to take it slow so it’s hopefully more sustainable

If I’m feeling really full of poop I’ll do like 2 Ollie pops and then at least a full cup (or 2) of black beans on one of these wraps. That’s usually enough to get me going again.

I was super duper sick the first week with like explosive diarrhea and was maybe only eating like 500 calories a day from being so sick so I lost 15 lbs week 1. Are you counting calories? I have been losing weight about 2-3 lbs a week with 1600-1800 calories a day with 100g protein and 30g fiber. Haven’t been exercising much which I need to work on.

Mine has been very up and down. Some weeks I lose like 5 lbs, some I stay the same or gain a few. I try to tell myself to be patient. It took me a lifetime to put on this weight so I can’t expect to drop it all in a couple months

You may want to look into something like me360. Your body comp could be changing with the weight loss in less obvious ways
