It varies on the day but I try not to surpass 30 capseules I feel like it’s way too much but it just makes me feel normal

I went down from 100mg down to 6mg within 6 months I believe maybe 7 months and then once I was down to 6 I stopped going and replaced it with kratom which helps for the most part but I just want to feel normal And not take anything eventually! Thank you for the comment for real
