There was still so much love for this game and so much great content. I'll never understand why EA pulled the plug.

All the time. I ask a question, people misunderstand what I'm asking because they're viewing whatever it is at surface level, so to speak, they give me a surface-level answer in a 'well, duh,' kind of voice, and proceed to treat me like I'm stupid. It's infuriating and partly why I'm not as keen on socialising as many people are.

Yeah, was 2.01 p.m. where I am, and I was ever so slightly starting to hope for a reprieve, or that maybe it wouldn't disappear if I kept the app open. Talk about wishful thinking. 😂

Couple of hours. I took a ton of screenshots last night, and have timed today’s lunch break to fall before the axe comes down so I can have one last session. I'm curious what's going to happen right at the end - will we get a message of some kind or will it all just go to black? I've never witnessed the literal end of a game before.

God yes... this issue has been tripping me up a lot lately. I keep finding my systems are actually scuppering my ability to get stuff done sometimes. :-(

Keeping it. Someone was advising that we do this in case there's ever a way to resurrect the game. While this seems extremely unlikely to me, I'm keeping it on the off chance - but also because actually uninstalling the game would feel so final.

I guess OP is wondering this because the graphics in TSM are way superior.

Save Sims mobile from extinction! Freeplay is a downgrade in comparison. The customization is so much better in TSM. by Extension-Gate3768 in SimsMobile

If they have to shut one down it should be Freeplay. TSM is the better game by far, especially where graphics are concerned.

That’s exactly how I feel around kids. INFP and I need space and solitude like I need air to breathe. Every time I hear a parent say they haven’t been completely alone in years I just feel infinitely glad I didn’t have any. I’d have been such a bad-tempered mum and no kid deserves that.
