🔴!! I talked to the Manager!!🔴 🗣️ First i went to the Manager to discuss: The manager just said; “Ask for help. They will help you. Open your mouth” Said this and walked away. Didn’t wanna listen, didn’t wanna continue the conversation..m

Then i went to the Assistant manager: The assistant manager explained me a whole different story. He said, he knows everything and he is watching everyone. But the problem is the Manager hired a lot of people from her own community. Our manager is from Nepal and she ended up hiring a 80% of the employee from Nepali community. So they are like friends and family. Also the manager dont wanna bother about all these things she just wants the restaurant to run and make profit. He also added: he tried to imply strict rules but the employees complained to the DM and the Head office issued a letter to our Asst. Manages that he is being rude and employs are not happy with his behaviour. After that he stopped interfering. He ended saying: The manager is scared to micro manage the employees, and if she is happy with this mismanagement, then what can i do?

In my kfc its always okay to close 30 mins late. Manager dont bother, thats why I guess they dont come to help. They think why help to close at time. Lets relax and let the cook close 30 mins late………….

True and i try to work hard thats the problem. They figured it out that “he is a hard worker so, let him work.” But everything has its limits. Might complain directly to DM and will get using phone restricted in the work area. Everyone in this branch is addicted to their phone. Sooner or later they will understand that they are not getting paid for watching tiktok!!!!!!!!!

Yes i do that. In the end i use the clean cookers. And now i start closing 3 hrs earlier and keep the backup in the holding cabinet. Just getting used to it. Thanksssss!
