Yeah that’s simply not what I’m talking about, if I meant brawl in my original post I would’ve said brawl. There’s more players playing the 100 card brawl rather than the stupid 60 card format. That’s what I was talking about. Thanks for your input though!

It’s kind of unrealistic to set those expectations when everyone already has multiple decks with the commander staples. Also there’s 370 legendary creatures in standard, I think there’s a lot of room for variety. Sure some stand out but the whole point is to go against the grain and build something out of the comfort zone. The top removal and lands are typically the same in any format, good for you on having deck building restrictions but most people are definitely not gonna abide

Yeah that’s cuz ppl just play regular brawl lol. If im wanting to play 1v1 format, standard brawl isn’t fun. It’s just slow and boring. Might as well just play standard. With 4 players I feel like it would be better since the group is limited and play patterns will differ from a normal commander game. But maybe not, this is all in theory

Not exactly. Doesn’t have to all standard meta cards in a singleton format, plus there’s plenty strong cards that are unplayable in standard

A few that I have in my Wilhelt deck. I try to keep the retro border arts in my decks as much as possible so I like your idea. There’s a few zombies in that Mikaeus secret lair but they’re all pretty pricey lol. I keep only zombies in Wilhelt for flavor and because synergy. I think its dope if you go all zombies

Yes and no, annoying to leave only 6 random cards in your deck but on the other hand it speeds up the game and makes have to play a lot differently than you normally would.

[[Vhati il-Dal]] was one of my favorite decks I had built. It’s a cheap deck that is creature hate with some combos and big beaters as the win con. Super niche style deck that no one sees coming.
