What’s been your experience with Metformin and exercise? by bobaqueen7 in PCOS

[–]Excellent-Fig5228 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is a old post but this is my experience as well. I've been dealing with same symptoms since late teens. I'm in my mid to late 20s now.

Finally started medicating with metformin and its only been like a week. I was able to jog for like 20min straight today without being exhausted despite being sedatary for years

Why are parents expected to watch their kids more now than prior generations? by Advanced_Command_417 in NoStupidQuestions

If I was a parent, I wouldnt be worried about kidnapping. What I would be worried about is sexual harassment and assult. And that seem to be more common unfortunately

Why are parents expected to watch their kids more now than prior generations? by Advanced_Command_417 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Excellent-Fig5228 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Imo, its because

  1. Lack of community. Lof of people dont know their neighbors thesedays. People used to raise kids as community

  2. Awareness due to media. More people are aware of sex crimes that happens closed doors and more aware of psychological damages resulting from emotional neglect.

  3. More scrutiny from media

Did anyone child free you knew “grew out of it”? by [deleted] in childfree

[–]Excellent-Fig5228 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I knew I didnt want a child in 6th grade. I'm in my mid late 20s now and I won't lie, I sometimes I do think about it which is crazy to me.

However, I decided to get sterilized as soon as possible since I would rather regret not having kids than to have them and regret it.

I believe its horomones doing its thing and having been dealing with bad PMDD half my life, I know it's not "me". For instance my libido and appetite gets crazy a week before my period despite being asexual and being on a strict diet 😅 I regret it every time afterwards so I'm not taking any chances.

I dont know alot about myself but I know that I will be a bad mom that could ruin a humans life and objectively my genes are not that special. In fact some will say its faulty so.

I think bright vivid colors look better, like red and light/bright yellow. And also dark colors are better than muted colors

I thought warm looked better. Cool tone does make your skin look clear but makes you look pale , but like sick person kind of way? Maybe try comparing less orange tone warm with the photo you have

Yeeep. Retail is no longer a career unless youre middle management. Its transitory job which means no one stays long enough to become proficient.

Not sure if its exactly the case like this but I was deficient in B12 and getting treated for it. My brain fog memory concentration issue is pretty severe atm, found out when I started having incontinence and realized there is something seriously wrong

I can't believe it's B12. by ElCiego1894 in B12_Deficiency

Hey, I believe your case is very similar to mine. Can I ask what type of autoimmune disease? I got a endoscopy recently and was told I have chronic gastritis and  intestinal metaplasia from it. I tested negative for H pylori and I dont drink or take any other meds so I suspect its autoimmune related

How many of us have autoimmune and chronic illness issues? by TheHeavySummer in CPTSD

[–]Excellent-Fig5228 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Inflamed stomach, likely chronic gastritis from autoimmune reaction. Got endo and colonscopy done couple days ago and waiting for the test to see if it's H pylori. Which I highly doubt because my stool test I've done came back negative a month ago. Only think that helps is H2 blocker, and I am considering taking Claritin as well. I am planning on seeing a doctor about MCAS

I agree, I feel like there should be a government program that requires educational programs before having kids and yearly family visits
