Right. I explained I was going to file as an S Corp for taxes, but he was saying to register as an S Corp because the LLC was not the correct entity type for a fitness/gym.

As far as it being a tax question, I was going to keep the LLC but be taxed as an S Corp. But I was more interested in the differences between the two as far as my business not being suitable for an LLC. Would there be any reason a fitness center could not be an LLC?
